Enjoy "Moo Yor Nang", a delicious Vietnamese pork sausage with skin. This dish comes with a classic Vietnamese dipping sauce and a choice of ground pepper and salt for a simple but delicious taste. It was my first time trying it. ๐

Pork sausage is a very popular food. Whether you steam it like in the picture or fry it or make a spicy salad, it's all delicious. I think it goes well with alcohol.
