Today I was totally in the mood for pasta, but the shop was closed, so I ended up with Soba and shirasu rice bowl instead. 😭 Since it's getting warmer, I also had cold soba for the first time in a while~ 9/10!  $8

Yes, there are various ratios of buckwheat to wheat flour, from those made from 100% buckwheat to those that contain almost no buckwheat but are just for color. The 100% buckwheat flour ones are very flavorful and delicious!
