Hi Casters. I spent last weekend with some family members in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.  One morning we watched a cooperative make Parmigiano Reggiano and at the end we walked into this storage room. It looked so amazing and I took this photo.

That Parmigiano Reggiano storage room looks unreal—thanks for sharing such a cool glimpse from Emilia-Romagna! How was the cheese-making process? Bet it tasted as good as it looked!
