Yesterday we went HIGHER! Riding above 4,500 meters felt like being drunk for a while, but totally worth it for those amazing views. Today is the cut off time of the race and we are still 203 km away from Cusco with a lot of climbing left. We are going to try our best to arrive today but it seems more realistic to arrive tomorrow. 🇵🇪It is day 4 of the race and we have traveled 407 kilometers, we are going slowly because we are definitely sick and have a lot of cough but we are still trying to finish. Peru is so amazing!!! I think I have fallen in love with this country ❤️ @cooperray ❤️ best adventure partner @highercycling.eth ✨✨✨

Day 1 of the ultrarace in Peru 🇵🇪: We rode through the first mountain pass, Abra Malaga at 4500 meters of sea level! It was really challenging but also incredible beautiful. We saw so many cute alpacas ❤️ We stopped at km 240 to rest, now we are at the jungle section and tomorrow we have another mountain pass to climb. I am moving slowly, i feel with the flu but i am pushing through how i am feeling 🙌🏽 going higher with @cooperray ↑↑↑ /highercycling

OMG, this week was the worst in a long time! I was able to ride less tan 50km 🥹 mainly because i spent many hours on three different flights and problem solving silly travelling issues. Tomorrow starts 'the Andean Raid' ultra race, lets hope i finish those 680 km this friday morning at the latest 🇵🇪✨wish me luck! 🍀 Let's see what happens 🌞 going higher! ↑ ↑ ↑ p.s. not able to attest until i go back home, but here's the strava proof of work in beautiful Cusco, Peru https://strava.app.link/3x57vFBbGKb

I feel so proud of myself that this week I pushed through my feelings and resistance and rode anyway everyday even with rain 🌧️ . This weekend I'm going to test my bikeultrace setup. So excited! The higher athletes @higherathletics inspire me a lot ✨ 📷 ty @cooperray

I'm so excited to be part of the Higher Athletes! I'll be riding with @cooperray in a month this crazy 685km ultra-endurance race around Cusco, Peru, called the Andean Raid. We are going through the Inca Valley and crazy epic mountain passes, reaching a maximum altitude of 4,600 m. We are going HIGHER ↑ /higher

Oaxaca has everything: great food, culture, beautiful beaches and big Sierras. Feel free to ask any doubt you have about this region in Mexico :)
