There are currently over 7k minted NFTs in the old contract. This poses a problem tokenomics-wise, as a 10k total supply on the new token would mean that most of it gets distributed away and not available in the LP.

So instead I see two choices:
1. increase the max supply to 15k, and add ~8k in the LP
2. airdrop 1 new token for every 2 old ones, and add ~8k in the LP, so that there's still a reasonable supply available
