He's getting high on his own supply.  The US State Department has all the all the data which likely does not agree with his preconceptions so find some data which does.   
I thought this was interesting from Peter Zeihan.    Trump is posting INTERNAL Russian propaganda to Truth Social.   The claim that the Ukrainians were surrounded by the Russians  was never claimed by the Russians externally.
