For some reason Metamask brower extension and maybe some other wallet extensions their put us on a blacklist. So far we know there is no issues whatsoever and also scans and google search security console are clear. We created an issue to get removed from the list which is over 170K entries long! https://github.com/MetaMask/eth-phishing-detect/issues/56762 We´ll keep you posted.
