TIL `#[serde(flatten)]` syntax is not supported with the feature `arbitrary_precision`. It can cause pretty nasty bugs

Using workspace dependencies and defining all features there can prevent issues from feature unification problems like this. Specifically, it'll prevent the situation where code under test in a crate behaves one way, but when pulled into another crate it behaves differently.
