The best thing one can do is try swimming in somewhat cold water; I feel it's both meditation and physical exercise. I felt the peakest endorphins and norepinephrine. 

I swam in a normal swimming pool, but the water was cold because the atmosphere was very cold.

This is best feeling but I tried swimming in cold water while it was raining. My backbone was shivering while doing ,but I still continued swimming for 2 hours. Rekt 


Result : I got sick and cold 😵‍💫

Only try for a little time otherwise rekt .
