Hack : I stopped consuming algorithms 1) I never spend time on feeds like instagram, twitter or YouTube etc. 2) I bookmark, add to watch later in a quick 1 minute for everything. 3) I only have watch later ,I only consume them 4) I have watch later in Instagram also . 5) I never scroll ,I only "search" or consume watchlater. Doing this since year,super productive.
