1.Publish content by consuming at least 1 $truths, which will be permanently destroyed.
2.Vote by consuming at least 1 $truths, either agreeing or disagreeing. Each address can vote on the same content only once.
3.Of the $truths consumed for voting, 5% will go to the content creator, 1% will be destroyed, and 94% will be distributed among those who voted with the same result (proportionally based on the amount of $truths they contributed).
All data is stored on-chain, and the on-chain data will be used to continuously train and improve AI.
