> let your brain have "play time" before bed
> put on a quiet tv show you're familiar with + night shift (my go-to)
> if you can, shift your schedule to meet a delayed circadian rhythm
> make sure you aren't hungry (keep snacks next to your bed)
> bed time routine hours before actual bed time (so you can just crash when you get tired)
> no social media/overstimulating activities before bed
