Today's lunch: leek dumplings, sweet potato porridge, stir-fried chrysanthemum, fruit I thought of making leek dumplings, so I fried the eggs and cooked the vermicelli early Wash the leeks, drain the water, then chop and mix them together, add some light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and peanut oil. Use 80% boiling water to make the dough, so that the dough will be very chewy. Then wrap it up and fry it in a pan. It's so fragrant. Douzi ate three in one go. The sweet potato porridge was reserved early in the morning. Stir-fry some small green vegetables and you can eat it.
