How is levETH liquidation-free? The leverage is market-set and dynamic based on the relative amount of levETH and bondETH created. This encourages levETH to delever as ETH price falls and lever up as ETH price rises. This slows losses and accelerates gains. ⚖️ The Plaza AMM allocates returns of the ETH LST and LRT vault such that there are always ETH LSTs and LRTs backing levETH so you never get stopped out of your trade. 🛡️ Your position may fall to 1.0x ETH and asymptotically approach zero as ETH price falls significantly, but you're in the game to play for a recovery 🐎

How is levETH cross-chain composable? levETH is a token minted by the Plaza ETH LST and LRT vault, that is always permissionlessly redeemable for assets in the vault. This token follows the ERC20 standard so it can be bridged anywhere and used across DeFi. All levETH is fungible.
