Quick update: I took Lil Grey to the vet again today for his fluid therapy and injection. On Monday, they’ll run some tests to check if his hemoglobin has improved and if his kidney levels are better with the treatment. I’m sure they have because he’s full of energy, eating well and going to the bathroom normally😸🙏🏻 There’s no doubt he’s doing much better now 💪🏻 On another note, a while ago, @plantsnft recommended River’s backpack to me. I tried to buy the same one but couldn’t find it😿 so I got a similar one on Amazon. I originally bought it for doing /catwalk with my cats, not for vet visits🙃 It took a month and a half to arrive, and by the time it did, Lil Grey had just recently fractured his leg. So I ended up using it to take him to the vet because it's much easier to put him in and take him out without hurting his injured leg. With the cat carrier, it was harder to get him out without causing pain. So in the end, the backpack found a different purpose! 😅

What a lovely update! Very glad to read Lil Grey is feeling better. Deserves it after all he has been through. You’re such an angel for looking out for him its been a journey 200 $degen Backpack- looks super similar. Better actually cause you have the lower mesh in front so lil grey can see out. The back looks sturdy ! Thats most important I have been working on my own cat backpack designs. One day.. def going to make a protype and try it out. Sooo any suggestions im all ears ! One improvement is the bottom part where it touches your back needs more padding.. lmk what you think! Thats still the best backpack i have ever used

Thank you so much for your kind words 🥺🫶🏻 Lil Grey deserves all the love and attention ❤️🩹 And of course, thanks for your recommendation 😺 I'm pretty happy with this backpack, it's exactly what I expected 😸 and Lil Grey seems very comfy inside. I'm so glad to hear that you're designing backpacks for cats! I think the most important factor is safety. This backpack has secure closures in case the cat tries to escape⛓️💥 and the mesh is also very sturdy. As for whether it should have more padding on the back, that would be a nice addition, though this one has been comfortable to use. However, one thing I would add is another handle positioned a bit further forward. That way, when you take off the backpack, it would provide better support, almost like carrying a tote bag👜 so the cat's weight doesn't shift entirely to the front.
