Examples: 1) no soap in the airport bathrooms (and many other places) 2) long lines for gas, ATM, and buses (ppl stand on the side of the road and wave to cars with money in their hands trying to hitchike 3) planned blackouts due to lack of oil to run power plants Honestly there is a lot more but the people are so nice and talented here. Super great people
