Lilyillo’s artistic voice is shaped by a strong academic foundation. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Drawing, a Master’s in Art Administration & Curatorial Studies, and a Bachelor in Art History & Theory, all from the College of Fine Arts (CoFA), UNSW Sydney. 

This deep training equips her with both critical insight and technical range, empowering her to move fluidly between traditional methods and contemporary digital forms. Her work reflects this fusion—rooted in theory, yet alive with personal expression.

What makes Lilyillo’s work stand out is how she approaches AI—not as a tool but as a collaborator. The resulting artworks often carry a still, almost meditative energy. Intricate patterns, flowing color gradients, and organic textures collide in her work, shaped as much by algorithm as by personal memory. Her practice evokes a dreamlike echo of the real world—both present and remembered.
