Open to suggestions as to how to distribute future allowances besides blindly tipping hundreds of ppl 🙂

Was thinking about a referral program or something like that. I’m not that techy but how I see is like someone has come in via referral and he/she receives an allowance for this, and if that person is then really active and makes good casts, the allowance increases further from the person who referred him/her. Idea?

cool idea but not rly something for me to implement, im just looking for ways to distribute my own personal allowance effectively lol
