recruiters notes the morning started with a candidate rejecting an offer. it still surprises me — when i used to look at the job search process from the outside, it always seemed that employees needed the job more than employers needed them. turned out it was a huge misconception. especially when it comes to good senior-level positions, statistically, in my experience, more offers are rejected than accepted. i’ll be a little sad for a moment, and then i’ll get back to sourcing. have you ever had to reject an offer? what was the reason?

It’s better to ask him? I worked as a recruiter and I understand youā¤ļø salary is the most often reason I think, usually they apply in several companies…as for me personally, I chose other offer because I didn’t want to wait answer very long…

I asked. He has a really good reasons to decline offer. It’s ok, just a little bit sad for me, I need to start the process almost from the scratch
