man, i'm thinking of doing C, but too afraid to jump in...

maybe i should just pick some low-level project and just go do something, having knowledge about lower-level stuffs is important

yeah, i envision it as diving down into the abstraction layer, peeling down the underlying logic of the abstraction i've been wielding. you're an inspiration, Yash!

yeah it's a bit scary jumping in. but there's the satisfying feeling of "things falling in place" as you learn about how higher level abstractions are actually implemented.

i read the book, did AoC, and now im cloning the unix utilities (cat, curl etc)
