Re long-term storage: should it include deleted casts?

This is a really good question. I think users and devs will vary in opinion. I like to think of it as "if a user deleted something, we should respect their wish and also remove from long-term indexer" but this thinking isn't great from perspective of perserving history.

Also imagine those who demand an edit button. How would we record those type of changes if we stored all actions.
