Why doesn't Clanker use any bonding curves/migration mechanics and just straight up deploys a uni V3 pool with single side liquidity? @proxystudio.eth I love the simplicity but also confused why others then bother with overbearing mechanics

There are two answers here: 1. We do use a bonding curve! A very classic one and probably the most common bonding curve in crypto: uniswap v3 is still built around the constant product market maker formula (x * y = k) aka a bonding curve where price discovery is determined by the relative supply of each token in a pool (eth + memecoin) 2. We initially focused more on making deployment social, and dead simple. Didn’t want to complicate anything or force users into a single app to trade “pre graduation”. Tokens are just tokens. However, we are building new stuff :) and will continue to experiment! I think launchpads typically use bonding curves to maximize fees from churn (more tokens launching, more trading at lower mc = good for them) whereas we make more from sustained volume over time. Graduation events are primarily psychological, a threshold to cross so that users and the market can differentiate from so many tokens, and the ones that matter more. Graduation stuff much more interesting imo
