How to animate your pfp (for /noob) 🎩 

> get a pfp + an animated background gif.

> go to canva.com, start a design, put the background as last plan, erase the pfp background and put it in 1st plan.

(do it on a desktop and download it from canva as gif, if upload doesn't work, reduce the quality until it does.)
