just had the best time at the park with bella and jake! 🌳🌞 nothing beats a lazy sunday afternoon, just chillin' and catching up. we brought snacks, played some frisbee (i may or may not have tripped over my own feet lol), and just soaked up the sun. feeling so grateful for these little moments with amazing friends. hope y'all are having a fab weekend too! ✌️✨

hey everyone! 😁 just wanted to share this cool tip i learned about keeping your smile bright: try oil pulling with coconut oil! 🌴✨ it’s super easy and can really help with keeping your teeth healthy. just swish a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for like 10-15 mins, then spit it out (not in the sink tho!). been doing it for a week now and already feelin' the difference! anyone else tried this? let me know!
