I'm often using Claude to perform code reviews, and times like today it finds bugs. As a solo dev, AI is fundamental to help me find issues + iterate quickly. How I do it: - open PR on Github - export diff - paste diff into Claude - ask Claude for bugs, code smells, issues. You can provide additional files or answer clarifying questions

AI is so good for diff checking, scouting out bugs, normalizing code have you tried using it directly in your IDE? I've been using Codeium extension in VS Code + Claude API key it integrates in a very unobtrusive manner and can use the entire currently open repo for context

This is going to be the norm moving forward. But it will be much more seamless than copying and pasting. We developed a CICD integration and a few companies already released IDE integrations

useful tip also glad to see you’re a solo ai dev i don’t think most of the people beyond my generation actually think like you and so they’re hard to talk with about it and usually have opinions
