You can use AI as a teacher for new topics. That helped me ramp up on frontend quickly (I had done little to no frontend before)

I love Cursor but I'm not willing to give AI that much leverage over my code. 

I like to use AI as a junior assistant: I still dictate the high level goal and provide well defined and self-contained objectives (with many examples)
