Does this mean you pay me $110 to take it? 

I'm maybe misunderstanding bountybot but I thought bounties paid out to the person who completed i.e. you pay them. Maybe there's a way to set a bounty for -$110 i.e. reverse bounty (someone pays you)

Does bountycaster allow for barter? What if I only am willing to pay $80?

Conversely, what if there’s a bidding war and someone wants to pay $200?
