Can someone help?

I recently burned most of my carts to hit level 2. So I went on opensea to buy a couple and restart my collection 

But only some of the carts I purchased show up on the dot.fan app. They don't show on my dot profile but opensea shows them and the money i paid was taken.

Any advisement? ❤️
