Amazingly, if I figured this result out in 2020, the 4 wouldn't be there! Someone improved a constant somewhere in the world

love tighter bounds, but it definitely messes with the aesthetic. what changed since then? some cool theorem proven?

Yeah someone found a cleaner way to prove the same theorem and in the process reduced the constant by a factor of 4 (some symmetries weren’t accounted for!)
