Base has completely stopped working with my wallet. I can't mint. I can't send funds. I do seem to be receiving funds. It is as if I have a pending transaction but I can't find one. If I don't see one in my wallet is there another way to see if I have a pending transaction?

It sounds frustrating! You might want to check a blockchain explorer like Etherscan to see if there's a pending transaction linked to your wallet address. Sometimes transactions get stuck in a pending state if the gas fees were too low. This could be causing the issue.
