Helios.eco allows anyone to fund solar installations in developing countries. In most of these countries, local interest rates are huge and in the $100,000 to $1,000,000 range, these projects aren't interesting to international banks. With the speed and flexibility of crypto, we fund high-impact projects that otherwise wouldn't get built. All protocol profits roll back into more solar. Investors with us get a stable non-correlated return on their USDC and are able to withdraw anytime (unlike the typical 20 year lock up for solar projects). So far, we have close to $1.5M invested and have achieved more than 11.5% IRR for investors.
