I would recommend investing over trading.

tbh there’s a big risk spectrum that’s personal to your finances & starting point 

So, apologies if pedantic, I’m not sure where ur baseline is 🙏

This is, imho, a healthy start for someone who has never invested in crypto before:

- low risk -‘like a 401k’ - 

each month (or week, up 2 u) from ur paycheck or auto-buy from savings:

Buy a mix of BTC, ETH and maybe 1 or 2 others to get started. % for each is up to you… 

Dont turn it off & don’t look at price (do u watch ur 401k?) 

Next steps: 

start to use smol amounts of that to explore ecosystems and find new products/tokens

And/or

Make larger “long-term investing” allocations/chunks to the $ecosystems/communities$ you believe in :)
