I wouldn’t touch those unless it’s in a burner wallet with no other funds.

A coin/token after all is just a smart contract that could have literally anything in it, regardless of whether it adheres to some token standard or not

Yes, depending on which token you need to approve, with a single approval they can drain à specific coin or even approve them all... Look at what the sign request ask you and make your research.
