One of my favorite artists is**Hieronymus Bosch**. His pieces really depict very otherworldly and psychedelic scenes that even have the potential to trigger you! The discomfort of observing his work is also comforting at the same time. 

**Why is that?

I think it’s because even if a thing is disturbing, the simple fact that it is art, is living proof that the emotion/experience has been transmuted. Aka: HEALED.

People heal through deeply observing and experiencing art.
