#Coinbase has acquired Spindl, an onchain advertising and attribution platform, to improve the discovery and distribution challenges faced by developers building onchain apps. With a goal of bringing one billion users onchain, the acquisition aims to help developers reach a wider audience and grow their apps within the onchain economy.

#Spindl, founded by Antonio Garcia-Martinez, a former Facebook ads team member, has been focused on solving these distribution issues since its inception in 2022.
