Why the crypto market is down? Explain it to 7 years old: 1. US placing 25% tariffs on Canada 2. US placing 25% tariffs on Mexico 3. US placing 10% tariffs on China 4. Canada placing 25% tariffs on US 5. Mexico is preparing retaliatory tariffs against the US Impact: ->Canada is the largest trading partner of the USA -> Raw materials will get expensive in the USA -> To produce various goods -> High inflation expected -> The US government will not do rate cuts -> Less liquidity means less money flowing into stocks and crypto. Hence, markets are down and can go down further as China might also place tariff on US imports. TRADE WAR IS ON.
