Du weißt, dass die Finanzkassen der Kommunen besonders belastet sind, weil sie Ausgleichzahlungen an die Pensionsfonds zahlen müssen, weil die Kommunen Beamte im Ruhestand durch Mitarbeiter ersetzen, die dann nicht in die Fonds einzahlen?
