Dear Phaver Support Team, I have been an active user on Phaver for the past two years and have diligently met all the criteria. However, my account was recently marked as a Sybil. I created a group for my Phaver community and, along the way, assisted individuals who had difficulties connecting their wallets by logging in on their behalf. After assisting them, I logged out and continued using my account as normal. I did not create multiple accounts. The major reason for the above is this: onboarding people in my locality was really difficult due to the kind of phones they use. This has created some significant challenges in the onboarding process and prompted the action above. Please review my account, username @phinance123. Thank you for your attention and assistance.
