If you were the employer, how much would you pay this dev? Picture this: An undergrad intern joins your tech company with just basic knowledge. For 6 months, they help out on real-world apps and tasks — paid a modest $6/month because, well, it's an internship. Fast-forward. They graduate. You reach out again, this time because your company needs fresh energy — AI, automation, a little Web3 magic. They don’t have prior experience in these new fields, but they say yes and join again — this time for $35/month. Now here’s the twist: despite the limited pay, they ship valuable features that automate internal processes, and now they’re building an AI agent that can call endpoints dynamically and complete tasks for users — real 9-5 stuff. So here’s the question: 💭 How much would you realistically pay them now — not by global standards, but by effort, value delivered, and local context?

The salary would need to be reviewed after the first 1 - 2 months, when you can ascertain that this person is now of more value and no longer in the early learning phase. More like after a probation period. Salary is often based on location of the company.
