What country has the best street food? Defined as a stand/small shop where you can walk out with fresh food in < 2 mins My first thought: Israel

Mexico - esp. Tijuana/Ensenada (Baja Norte MX) - especially if we are talking tacos and seafood. The Tokyo street stalls and fish market area were amazing too.
