sixth point about speed reading Minimize Regressions: Avoid going back and re-reading text. Train yourself to move forward even if you don’t fully understand a part, as the context will often clarify it later.

It's right in general context but when you're reading a medical text you have to fully understand what has been explained so as to understand the rest! đź‘Ť

That's right, my friend. Texts like Harrison or even reading UpToDate need more special attention and are different.
