I guess we do need to make sure the record is straight. Polygon announced parallel EVM work in Dec ‘22: http://tinyurl.com/4f7v34kc Shipped initial set of work in June ‘23: http://tinyurl.com/m79nevjp Live on mainnet today with good results. All open source. More to come.
