swimming in bioluminescent ocean was one of the most surreal and beautiful experiences I've ever had

with a new moon, the only light source was emanating from the stars above

swiping your hands and feet around in the water ignites hundreds of tiny blue shimmers of light. you can paint with light while weightlessly floating

it would make the most hardened adult revert back to child like wonder in seconds

it's very hard to capture bioluminescence with anything but your own eyes, but this video gives you an idea of what it's like
