Thank you for bringing awareness to this. We must be ready for evil approaching. 

I called this out last night too. Potentially we could see fake cooycat profiles being created similar to what we see on X. The goal being to lure you into a “approve all” transaction from a malicious frame.

I know Steam has the same problem, with a favorite being "stearncommunity"
