What happens to the protocol revenue

The goal is to spend it in a way that helps the protocol grow. Practically, the cost of setting up a foundation doing the legal work etc, will cost a few hundred thousand dollars. So it doens't make sense to do it when the treasury is just ~ $1M. We're going to revisit this when closer to $5-10M.
