So far, music NFTs have been driven mostly by speculation. This ended up being a bad deal for both degens and artists, who ended up beholden by people who aren‘t their true fans... What if music NFTs aren‘t meant to be flipped? 🤔 You should mint music NFTs because: 1️⃣ Artists you love get paid fairly 2️⃣ You become a part of their social graph A single $2 mint will get them as much as 500 plays on Spotify. You get a direct way to support the artist you love, AND start building a relationship with them. Later, you can prove you were an early fan & you may be rewarded by the artist, or enjoy the financial upside of their success if they have a token. @coopahtroopa.eth‘s @cooprecs is prob the best thing to have happened to onchain music!
