How does design work at Merkle? 

For a co. with no designers, impressive how clean/consistent things are

I set up the basic system in 2021 based off GitHub Primer. 

@achal has helped upgrade a bunch of stuff the next level. The rest of the team is pretty good about hitting the bar for design from a rough spec.

Will continue to improve our design game this year.
