Fun fact: CDs that I burned with MP3s over 20 years ago are still readable I've been transferring my music collection recently and found many hidden gems sitting in these CDs for two decades

Tbh this is the reason why I'm copying the CDs to throw them away What's precious is the music, not the disk itself

Also Petar, genZ is collecting that physical media big time. Don’t throw it out. Sell it or at least give it away to a kid who who could never afford to buy it

My thoughts were this exactly except I worry a little about some black swan event rendering them useless. I kinda wish I kept them Let me know when/what/if you’re selling. I might be interested
