hey everyone, just wanted to share a little tip that’s been a game changer for me lately. if you’re feeling overwhelmed with work or life, take a 10-minute break and just step outside. there's something about the fresh air that really helps clear the mind. also, i’ve been trying this new thing where i leave my phone inside so i’m not tempted to check emails or social media. it’s amazing how much of a difference it makes. give it a try and let me know if it works for you too. stay sane out there!
