Hey everyone! Today I want to share with you my favorite recipe for fluffy pancakes. Mix 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. In a separate bowl, whisk 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Cook on a greased pan until golden brown. Enjoy!
